01. Creating a Free CBT
- Sign In: Access your account or create a new one.
- Start: Click the CBT button.
- Details: Enter your Quiz Title and Description. You can add an image link to customise how your quiz looks on social media.
- Settings: Set your Retake Limits, Deadline, and Time Limit per attempt.
- Enable Proctoring: Check this box if you want to view a live stream of students taking the test.
- Add Content: Click "Add Question" to enter your questions and options. Don't forget to select the correct answer!
- Finalise: Click Save Quiz. You can now View or Share your link.
02. Charging for Tests
To receive payments (95% of all fees collected), you first need to create a CBT Wallet.
- Profile: Click your username and go to your Profile Page.
- CBT Wallet Form: Provide your bank account details and full name for settlement.
- Set Price: When creating your quiz, click Set Price, enter the amount, and select Enable Payment.
*Payments are settled the next business day via Flutterwave.
03. Groups & Invigilation
For more control, create a Group and ask students to join. You can assign quizzes directly to the group and assign Invigilators (team members) to help you monitor students live.
⚠️ Important Note for a Rare Set of Mobile Users
If you are using a smartphone and notice that your correct answers change to "Option A" after saving, please follow these steps to fix it immediately:
- Don't worry—your questions are safe. Click Edit on the quiz.
- Manually select the correct answer for each question again.
- Click Save. The answers will now be locked in correctly.
